O d\u00f6nem duvardan d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc iddia edilse de tan\u0131klar sayesinde ger\u00e7ekler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve fail polisler yarg\u0131land\u0131. Gazeteci G\u00f6ktepe\u2019nin davas\u0131 ise 28 Eyl\u00fcl 2000&#8217;de, 5 polis hakk\u0131nda &#8220;Kast\u0131 a\u015fan insan \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek&#8221; ve &#8220;Faili belli olmayacak \u015fekilde insan \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek&#8221; su\u00e7lar\u0131ndan verilen 7\u2019\u015fer y\u0131l 6\u2019\u015far ay hapis cezas\u0131n\u0131n onanmas\u0131yla kapat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Metin G\u00f6ktepe i\u00e7in, 08 Ocak\u2019ta mezar\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda an\u0131lacak.
