\u0130zmir, Buca TELUS \u0130nternational\u2019de \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131\u2019na \u00fcye olan ve yetki baraj\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan emek\u00e7ilerin sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc TELUS y\u00f6netiminin itirazlar\u0131 ile engelleniyor. Emek\u00e7iler sendikala\u015fma hakk\u0131 i\u00e7in eylem yapt\u0131.\u0130\u015f\u00e7iler TELUS \u0130nternational\u2019de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan emek\u00e7iler sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin tan\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyor.
\nUzun bir d\u00f6nemdir sendikala\u015fma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcterek yetki baraj\u0131n\u0131 a\u015farak yetki ba\u015fvurusu yapan emek\u00e7iler, Buca BEGOS\u2019ta bulunan TELUS binas\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde a\u00e7\u0131klama yaparak y\u00f6netimin sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 tutumlar\u0131n\u0131 protesto edip, sendikal haklara engel olunmamas\u0131 istendi.
\n\u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 ve destek i\u00e7in gelenlerin kap\u0131da toplanmas\u0131yla ba\u015flayan eylem, molaya \u00e7\u0131kan emek\u00e7ilerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla s\u00fcrd\u00fc. \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sendikas\u0131 \u00d6rg\u00fctlenme Uzman\u0131 Hakan \u015eim\u015fek a\u00e7\u0131klama ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek s\u00fcreci \u00f6zetledi.
\n\u015eim\u015fek, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda yetkinin Temmuz ay\u0131nda gelmesine ra\u011fmen itirazlar ile s\u00fcrecin uzat\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, bir hak olan sendikal \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn bo\u015fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmek istendi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.
\nKonu\u015fman\u0131n devam\u0131nda \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00fccretlere, a\u011f\u0131r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131na maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, TELUS gibi firmalar\u0131n bunu devam ettirmek i\u00e7in ad\u0131m att\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen \u015eim\u015fek, TELUS\u2019un d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yerinde bulanan \u015firketlerinde sendikal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ucuz i\u015f\u00e7ilik ve sendikas\u0131zl\u0131k oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kurulan k\u00f6lelik d\u00fczeninin devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade etti.
\nT\u0130S masas\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadelenin devam edece\u011fi ilan edilen a\u00e7\u0131klamada, molaya \u00e7\u0131kan emek\u00e7ilerinde alk\u0131\u015flarla kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u201cBu daha ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 m\u00fccadeleye devam!\u201d, \u201cTelefonun ucunda sendikal\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i var\u201d sloganlar\u0131 at\u0131ld\u0131.
