\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f Hukuk\u00e7ular Derne\u011fi (\u00c7HD) \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi Hapishane Komisyonu, kuyu tipi hapishanelerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 talebiyle \u00f6l\u00fcm orucu ve a\u00e7l\u0131k grevinde olan devrimci tutsaklar\u0131n durumuna dikkat \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in Beyo\u011flu’nda bulunan dernek binas\u0131nda bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131 d\u00fczenledi.<\/p>\n

Bas\u0131n metnini okuyan avukat Do\u011fa \u0130ncesu, “Kuyu tipi hapishanelerde tutulan tutsaklar infaz kanuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak g\u00fcnde 1-1 bu\u00e7uk saat havaland\u0131rmaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Yine infaz kanununda h\u00fccre cezas\u0131n\u0131n en fazla 20 g\u00fcn uygulanabilece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir. Ancak kuyu tipi hapishanelerde s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z ve s\u00fcresiz bir h\u00fccre cezas\u0131 uygulanmaktad\u0131r. ” dedi.<\/p>\n

En az 15 devrimci tutsa\u011f\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm orucu veya a\u00e7l\u0131k grevinde oldu\u011funu belirten \u0130ncesu, Serkan Onur Y\u0131lmaz’\u0131n 352 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr \u00f6l\u00fcm orucunda, Ayberk Demird\u00f6\u011fen’in 232, Fikret Akar’\u0131n ise a\u00e7l\u0131k grevi eyleminin 214’\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00fcn\u00fcnde oldu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n

Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Y\u0131lmaz ve Akar’\u0131n durumundan haberdar oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen \u0130ncesu, ” \u00c7HD \u0130stanbul \u015eubesi Hapishane Komisyonu olarak \u00f6l\u00fcm orucu ve a\u00e7l\u0131k grevindeki tutsaklar\u0131n taleplerinin kabul edilebilir oldu\u011funu ve sorumlulu\u011fun Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oldu\u011funu ifade ediyoruz” dedi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
