A\u011f\u0131r Ceza Mahkemesinde devam etti. 39 er ve 157 r\u00fctbeli askeri personelin yarg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 davada mahkeme, 22 y\u0131l 6 ayl\u0131k ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n doldu\u011funa h\u00fckmetti.\u00a0Mahkeme, zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131 karar\u0131nda \u00dcmraniye Cezaeviyle ilgili yarg\u0131lamay\u0131 emsal g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n
Avukat G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Sevimli, zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131 karar\u0131na itiraz ederek, dosyada zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu davan\u0131n soru\u015fturmas\u0131n\u0131n davaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesinin dahi 10 y\u0131l s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131nda gecikmenin zaten yarg\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011fu bulundu\u011funu dile getirdi.<\/p>\n

Bu cezaevlerinden biri olan Bayrampa\u015fa Cezaevi\u2019nde 12 ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti, 29 ki\u015fi Adli T\u0131p raporlar\u0131nda tespit edildi\u011fi \u00fczere yaraland\u0131. Operasyonun d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi di\u011fer hapishane \u00a0\u00dcmraniye\u2019yle ilgili 267 askere a\u00e7\u0131lan davadaki beraat kararlar\u0131, \u0130stanbul B\u00f6lge Adliye Mahkemesi 1.
