Birle\u015fik Metal-\u0130\u015f S\u0131n\u0131f Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Merkezi’nin ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131na g\u00f6re\u00a0d\u00f6rt ki\u015filik bir hanenin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve dengeli beslenmesi i\u00e7in ayl\u0131k yapmas\u0131 gereken harcama tutar\u0131, yani a\u00e7l\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 A\u011fustos 2026 i\u00e7in 37.203 lirad\u0131r. G\u00fcnl\u00fck harcamalarda A\u011fustos 2026 d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in en y\u00fcksek maliyet grubunu 431,31 liral\u0131k harcama ile s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Onu 288,82 liral\u0131k harcama gereksinimi ile sebze ve meyve takip etmektedir. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et, bal\u0131k ve tavuk 209,80 lira harcama gereksinimi ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli besin grubudur. Yumurta i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken harcama tutar\u0131 24,90 lira olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kurubaklagil i\u00e7in bu tutar 28,87, pirin\u00e7, bulgur, makarna ve un grubu i\u00e7in 19,14, ekmek i\u00e7in 86,67, kat\u0131 ya\u011f ve s\u0131v\u0131 ya\u011f i\u00e7in 78,43, \u015feker, bal, re\u00e7el ve pekmez i\u00e7in ise 43,98 lirad\u0131r.
