K\u0131sa s\u00fcreli s\u00f6zle\u015fme, esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri, mobbing, g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma ve hak gasplar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6zel \u00f6\u011fretmenler, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurduklar\u0131 sendikada m\u00fccadele ediyor. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin maa\u015flar\u0131 her asgari \u00fccret zamm\u0131ndan sonra gelen enflasyon ve zamlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda eriyor. \u00d6\u011fretmenler Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan \u201ctaban maa\u015f\u201d uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n geri getirilmesi talebinde bulunuyor. 7 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6rde \u00f6\u011fretmenlik yapan ve \u00d6zel Sekt\u00f6r \u00d6\u011fretmenler Sendikas\u0131 Mersin \u0130l Temsilcisi Duygu Eren, okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na az bir s\u00fcre kala taleplerini yinelerken, \u00f6zel kurumlarda ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 anlatt\u0131.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00d6\u011eRETMENLER \u0130ST\u0130FAYA ZORLANIYOR\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Eren, 2014\u2019ten \u00f6nce kadrolu \u00f6\u011fretmenlerle ayn\u0131 maa\u015flar\u0131 ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, fakat iktidar\u0131n bu kanunu 2014\u2019te geri \u00e7ekti\u011fini belirtti. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin asgari \u00fccret veya yasad\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir \u015fekilde asgari \u00fccretin alt\u0131nda maa\u015f ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 aktaran Eren, \u201cAsgari \u00fccretin alt\u0131nda maa\u015f verilmesi \u00fczerine \u00e7ok fazla ihbar al\u0131yoruz. Kurum patronu bankaya asgari \u00fccret miktar\u0131n\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131yor ve daha sonra maa\u015fta anla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 paradan geri kalan miktar\u0131 elden al\u0131yor. Bu durumda \u00f6\u011fretmen \u015fikayet etse, elinde delil yok, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc paray\u0131 elden istiyor. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerimiz i\u015fsiz kalma korkusuyla bu duruma ses \u00e7\u0131karam\u0131yor. Bir ba\u015fka sorunumuz 10 ayl\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler, yasaya g\u00f6re hi\u00e7bir kurum 12 ay alt\u0131nda s\u00f6zle\u015fme yapamaz. Ama baz\u0131 kurumlar 12 ayl\u0131k s\u00f6zle\u015fme yapt\u0131r\u0131yor, fakat Haziran ay\u0131na geldi\u011finde \u00f6\u011fretmeni istifaya zorluyor\u201d dedi.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>DENET\u0130M MEKAN\u0130ZMALARI UYGULANMIYOR<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00d6\u011fretmenlerin fazladan mesai yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 fakat mesai \u00fccretlerinin yat\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Eren, \u201cBiz s\u00f6zle\u015fme yaparken, mesai saatlerimiz net bir \u015fekilde ifade ediliyor. Fakat d\u00f6nem ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra i\u015fin rengi de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Pazar g\u00fcnleri \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yorlar ya da mesai 17.00\u2019de bitmesi gerekirken, 19.30\u2019a kadar uzat\u0131yorlar. Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 resmi s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine g\u00f6re bir \u00f6\u011fretmenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saati haftal\u0131k 20+20, yani en fazla 40 saat olabilir. MEB t\u00fcm bu durumlar\u0131 bilmesine ra\u011fmen sessiz kal\u0131yor. Denetim mekanizmalar\u0131 uygulansa, bu durumlar\u0131n hepsi ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak. \u00d6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131m\u0131z ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131m\u0131z tamamen patronun insaf\u0131na kalm\u0131\u015f durumda. MEB hi\u00e7bir denetim mekanizmas\u0131 uygulam\u0131yor. Biz \u015fikayet dilek\u00e7esi yazd\u0131ktan sonra okullara m\u00fcfetti\u015f g\u00f6nderiyorlar ama m\u00fcfetti\u015f olay\u0131 ya\u015fayan \u00f6\u011fretmenden de\u011fil, kurum patronundan dinliyor\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>KADIN \u00d6\u011eRETMENLER\u0130N SORUNLARI<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Kad\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 zorluklara de\u011finen Eren, \u201cKad\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmenler i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine gitti\u011finde, \u2018\u00e7ocuk d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor musunuz\u2019 gibi sorular soruyorlar. Burada asl\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zel hayat\u0131na m\u00fcdahale s\u00f6z konusu. Son d\u00f6nemde \u00f6zellikle 10 ki\u015fi i\u015f ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131yorsa, bekar olanlar tercih ediliyor. Bekar \u00f6\u011fretmeni daha fazla s\u00f6m\u00fcrebilmek i\u00e7in. MEB kanuna g\u00f6re \u00f6\u011fretmenin yaz tatili 2 ayd\u0131r, fakat \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r \u00f6\u011fretmenleri bu haktan yararlanam\u0131yor. 20 g\u00fcnl\u00fck tatilden sonra okula \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131labiliyor. Burada bilin\u00e7li bir denetimsizlik var. MEB \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r \u00f6\u011fretmenlerine bilin\u00e7li bir \u015fekilde s\u0131rt\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f durumda\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>\u2018MEB \u00c7A\u011eRILARA KULAK VERMEL\u0130\u2019<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme bilincinin sendikan\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131yla olu\u015ftu\u011funu belirten Eren, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cBuradan \u00f6\u011fretmenlere sesleniyoruz; tek ba\u015f\u0131na de\u011fil, sendikayla birlikte hareket edersek, bu s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc d\u00fczeninin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebiliriz. \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinin i\u00e7inde b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir \u00f6fke var. Sendika bizim yasal hakk\u0131m\u0131z, patronlar sendikal\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz i\u00e7in i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karamaz. Sendikal\u0131 olmak sizi hukuki a\u00e7\u0131dan koruyacakt\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenler sendikas\u0131 2 y\u0131lda \u00e7ok \u015fey kazand\u0131, Meclis kap\u0131s\u0131na dayanan bir yasa tasar\u0131m\u0131z var. Bunlar bizim verdi\u011fimiz m\u00fccadele sayesinde. \u00d6rg\u00fctlenmenin bize getirdi\u011fi art\u0131lar bunlar. S\u00fcresiz s\u00f6zle\u015fme, maa\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zda iyile\u015ftirme, ek ders \u00fccretleri taleplerimizin hepsini kazan\u0131ncaya kadar m\u00fccadele edece\u011fiz.
